If any of the organizations or divisions have not signed off on your C of O or TCO, the Fire Marshal's Office will not sign off. If you are not ready when a Fire Marshal's Office respresentative shows up, you will be billed a fee for that inspection.

When you submit this form, a copy will go to the Fire Marshal's Office at Clackamas Fire. The Fire Marshal's Office will contact you within 1 to 2 weeks.
