To order a Knox Box, Padlock, or gate switch, select the fire district for which you reside in. Make sure you are selecting the appropriate fire district. Follow the instructions provided by Knox Box to complete your order.
After you select the appropriate fire district, you will select submit at the bottom, you will be directed to the appropriate website to order your Knox Box.
I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure the Knox Box has appropriate keys. Any changes to the building locks will require coordination with the Fire Department to provide new keys to the Knox Box.
I understand that this Fire Department program is optional and that as keys or codes are updated, I will need to update the key box.

Once you have ordered the suggested Knox product(s), Clackamas Fire will have to approve the order. Once it is approved, Knox will ship the order directly to you.

After you receive the ordered product. You will need to install it near the front / main entrance, at a height of 6' or at the appropriate gate location.

Once the installation is complete, please reach out to the Fire Marshal's Office at 503-742-2660. Clackamas Fire will arrange a time to lock/test it and add to your property info.
