Agricultural Burn Permit
In order to qualify for an Agricultural Burn Permit, you must have an active agricultural operation on your property. The primary living must be earned from the farm or tax returns filed as a Farmer or Grower. You will only be able to burn debris that is a direct result of your agricultural operation with your Agricultural Burn Permit.

Must have proof of one of the following: County/City Land Use Approval, Established LLC., Nursery, Christmas Tree Farm, Selling of Livestock or Caring of Farm Animals

No Agricultural Burn Permits are to be Issued for Land Clearing Related to Single-Family Dwellings or Hobby Farms.

- Material generated by land clearing for commercial or residential development.
- Material generated by industrial waste.

- Any other prohibited material as listed in the CFD#1 Open Burning Rules or Oregon law.
